Ariel’s legal training was cultivated within a premier AmLaw 100 employment defense firm. Contributing to the high-stakes matters trusted to the firm by major corporations, he developed an insider perspective on how sophisticated legal defenses are structured from the ground up.

While his background is rooted in corporate environments, his commitment to individual advocacy is foundational. As a student fellow at the UCLA School of Law Veterans Legal Clinic, he had the privilege of representing our nation’s heroes, forcing giant systems to keep the promises made to them. That experience grounded his career in a single priority: ensuring the person at the center of the dispute is never eclipsed by the system.
