A former corporate defense attorney and general counsel, she established her career inside the rooms where executive decisions are made. Her background includes positions at prominent national firms—including Kramer Levin, LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae, and Steel Hector & Davis—alongside her tenure directing legal strategy as general counsel for a group of privately held companies. This combination of defense experience and corporate leadership means she knows exactly how employers assess risk, build defenses, and handle workplace disputes from the inside.

Leslie graduated from UC Hastings College of the Law, where she served as Chair of the Moot Court Board and as a judicial extern to Justice Joyce L. Kennard of the Supreme Court of California. Admitted to practice in California and New York, she translates decades of corporate insight into a decisive advantage for employees.
